All orders shipped from Bridgetown, Western Australia, via Australia Post within 2 business days.
Your order should arrive within 3-10 business days once shipped.
Please note that some rural locations may take slightly longer for delivery.
Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout. All orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge.
Returns
Returns for change of mind will not be accepted. Please ensure you are certain before completing your purchase.
Clothing items can be exchanged for a different size, should the size chosen not fit.
Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
Please contact us before shipping any items for exchange.
If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us to arrange return.
Click & Collect
4 Hour Click & Collect: Available depending on the time of your order, and the business hours of the store. If the store closes within 4 hours of purchase, your order will be available for next day pick up. Remembering we are closed Sunday
We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 19 Calendar days once you receive your “Ready for Collection” notification. If your order is not collected within 19 calendar days, we will cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method originally used.
If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items
